Salt & Light is Eagle's only coffee lounge by day and wine bar by night. From 7am, we're your morning ritual — organic locally roasted coffee, ceremonial grade matcha, house-made syrups crafted with organic cane sugar, and so much more. After 4pm Tuesday through Saturday, we transform into something more: a carefully curated wine bar pouring handpicked gems from 17 countries around the world, alongside local beers, craft ciders, house made, seed- oil free charcuterie boards, paninis, and sandwiches.

At Salt & Light, we want to be more than just a place you stop into — we want to be the place you come back to. Morning or evening, coffee or wine, busy Tuesday or slow Saturday night. Our hope is that friendships are formed here, conversations linger longer than expected, and everyone who walks through our doors feels genuinely welcomed and loved.
That's why we didn't stop at coffee. After 4pm Tuesday through Saturday, the lounge transforms into Eagle's newest wine bar — pouring handpicked wines from 17 countries, local beers, craft ciders, and house-made charcuterie boards and sandwiches. Because community doesn't end when the coffee cools. It just gets a different glass.

Delicious organic coffee, seed-oil free pastries, and a beautiful atmosphere! Kylie & her team have gone above and beyond. This is my new favorite spot! I am usually more of a matcha girl, but their coffee so good!
