Our coffee is roasted right here in Eagle Idaho by Kettlebell Coffee, and our pastries and quick bites are baked with love and care in Caldwell Idaho by our most favorite bakery: Rosehill Bakery.

Meet The Founder
"Hi, I’m Kylie - founder of Salt & Light Coffee Lounge, wife to Ty, dog mom to Beau, and a firm believer that coffee tastes better when it’s shared. This dream started back at Boise State, where I studied marketing, fell in love with coffee, and began to feel a deep pull toward creating spaces where people feel known and cared for. After years in wedding planning and event coordination, I knew hospitality was more than a skill, it was a calling.
I’ve always loved hosting, whether it’s a dinner at my little home in Star, baking something sweet for friends, or gathering people around a table. Salt & Light is the extension of that heart. It’s a place where faith, good food, and community come together, inspired by Matthew 5 and built with the help of mentors, friends, and a whole lot of prayer. It truly took a village, and I’m forever grateful.
Caring for people also means caring about what we put in our bodies. I’m intentional about choosing clean ingredients in my own life; from avoiding seed oils to using organic products whenever I can, and that same care is reflected in everything we serve. From organic coffee and house-made syrups to thoughtfully curated, seed oil-free charcuterie boards & sandwiches, I want every item on our menu to be something I’d feel good about eating myself.
That same intention extends to our wine bar. Every bottle on our list was chosen because it's genuinely exceptional... wines with stories, from winemakers who care, sourced from 17 countries and brought here to Eagle's living room.
My hope is that when you walk into Salt & Light, you feel like you belong. This isn’t just a coffee shop, it’s a place for laughter, late-night chats, quiet mornings, and everyday connection. I’m so excited to see the people I love and those I’ve yet to meet, fill this space with life."

At Salt & Light, we exist to be more than a coffee shop - and more than a wine bar. We are Eagle's gathering place, from the first cup of the morning to the last glass of the evening. Rooted in faith and built on genuine hospitality, we serve organic, locally roasted coffee by day and handpicked wines from 17 countries by night, alongside house-made charcuterie, seed-oil free food, local beers, and craft ciders. Our mission is simple: to be a light in this community, to serve every person who walks through our doors with joy and excellence, and to create a space where Eagle belongs - morning, evening, and everything in between.
